Service Description
We'll focus on your questions to do with strength, flexibility and building a strong core. Muscle building, quite simply building and adding muscle to your core frame that you have gained from strength training. Power training to increase your maximum strength and muscle growth. You might be struggling to increase your maximum rep range with some exercises or you might find yourself hitting a plateau in your performance. Power training will help you breakthrough to another level of strength and fitness. Setting realistic goals and executing as many reps and sets to reach your target. Equipment recommended by PT and provided by client. For minimum benefit you will need resistance bands, exercise mat and a workout bench. For maximum benefit you will also need a Pull Up & Dip Bar kit.
